I am having a hard time determining whether this would be classified as a regulated firearm requiring HQL or if it's just considered a shotgun that is simple pick up. Does anyone have any info on that?

I did a VA class to get that permit, then used the same training cert to get FL (which requires training, but not specific class). Once I had those, I did NH (which requires any other permit), so I could carry in PA (which requires a home-state permit, which I don't have).
