      Bunkers

I found pre made units out of Texas. 20x20 = $155K.

      Bunkers

I'm at a point in my life where I believe the SHTF before I die. Also at a point where I will never have to move again. I've always dreamed of having a bunker! I would want comfort for long term. Would need ventilation, sanitation, etc. I could easily run electric and water lines I...

      Caching guns and ammo

Assuming you don't live in a commie state, "I sold all my guns years ago" FTF sales not through an FFL are legal in most states. You have no obligation to record who you sold it too.

      Beware of door-to-door solicting

FYI....a No Soliciting sign carries no weight. It's just a suggestion & is not enforceable. Get NO TRESPASSING sign. It is legally enforceable. I had an issue with a church constantly bothering me. I warned them not to return, but they did. I got the info I needed from them then filed a...

Appearing as a Witness for Crime Involving Firearms

Had a punk neighbor who kept doing burnouts in our quiet culdesak. Local Sheriff would not do anything. So I set up a VCR & camera. Caught him! Called MSP. They sent a trooper who watched my video then walked over to dudes house and wrote him slew of tickets. Finally some Justice or so we...

      My permit ok?

Yup. My Bama prop tax was $479/year. And that goes away when I hit 65 in Nov. Also no income tax on retirement income, so I pay ZERO taxes in Bama.

      My permit ok?

But your prices are 33% higher than Bama and your property taxes are 10x Bama.

      My permit ok?

Al does NOT have Constitutional Carry. Permit required for CC. And yes, you can open carry a rifle. I don't know where press1280 is getting his info.

      My permit ok?

      My permit ok?

Plenty of waterfront homes here, mostly on the rivers. Property taxes in TX are stupid high. Much cheaper in Bama.

      My permit ok?

Yep. I only miss some close friends there, so I've invited them to come to a Red state! I still remember the straw that broke the camel's back with my decision to leave MD when I retired. I had an issue with someone vandalizing my car. Young female St Mary's officer reads me the riot act when...

      My permit ok?

Well I guess I won't come for a visit then. It's more of a personal thing than a need to carry, although the crime in Md is really high now.

      My permit ok?

Lived in Md for 44 years. Finally retired and got the hell out. Moved to Texas for 11 years, now in Alabama. Held CCW in TX for 10 years & now 2 years in Al. Does MD recognize my Al permit, or any other states permit?
