      NH doesn't have much in the way of requirements. Be legal. Send them money with application. Boom. Permit.

      Yeah it's extra ridiculous that Maryland holds it against me and the federal government doesn't since it's federal that I had offended in the first place.

      I am not federally prohibited. Federally I'm fine. It's Maryland's law.

      Yes in Virginia is a open carry state. Really I want it for simplicity when traveling so I can just have it on me and not have to worry about if it's got to go in a glove box if it's got to go here or there or if it needs to be seen or not. I do not have a Maryland permit and I cannot get one...
