Pin and weld you better hope you don't have to mess with the gas block. Once it's on it's on. Pick a Brace there are dozens. There is no recoil anyhow so it's not like you need much.
I keep hear guys talking about "finding the DOT". If you practice pressing the pistol out towards the target in a consistent manner the dot is always going to be there. If you are pointing at your target and searching for the dot in the window the RMR is never going to be faster than the iron...
This makes a lot of sense for those of us would run RMR's and suppressor height sights. I would prefer to run just the RMR without the sights in the way and it for some reason the RMR were to fail you can flip them up and use them.
I have had mine for over 3 years probably a 1000 rounds through it. Keep the threads clean a little lube on the 51T button that's it shoot it. The .30 cans don't get dirty like .22 would those need to be done every few rounds but the 556 and .30's are GTG.
