I do not have an AR that falls into the realm of the brace ban, but joined anyway. Hopefully, the money from this massive membership drive will be able to really help in the courts for both this brace ban and any other absurd law/ruling that might be attempted.
I guess it works out this way because the lawsuits can start being filed now, almost 5 months before it goes into effect. Rather then him not signing it and having to wait until October for the lawsuits.

I just don't want the presence of them on an AR pistol to immediately allow the ATF to rule that the firearm intends to be shouldered, even though it isn't.
I keep seeing, just remove the brace, as an option. Scrolling through the published rule, it's not gonna be that easy. You are going to have to remove your sights/optics as well.
Based on that little blurb, they are trying to qualify red dots and flipups/backups as sights that are intended...
