Recommend a Gunsmith for a Marlin 39

Can anyone recommend an experienced gunsmith to work on one of my Marlin 39's. The one in question is a late 40's vintage and does not load the shell easily, if at all. It seems to get misaligned when the round is being raised from the tube magazine towards the chamber. The round just seems to be loose or sloppy when trying to load.
I thought about the bullet guide, but it looks ok. As I said the round just seems a bit sloppy being raised to the chamber.
Looking for someone with experience on the 39's.

I don't know how convenient Keymar Md is for you but I am happy with Scott at Lock Stock & Barrel

If your able to do a little work yourself you may want to post the problem your having here https://www.marlinowners.com/forums/...unsmithing.84/
I've seen these guys talk several people through some feeding problems. They are very knowledgeable and patient.
