VA HB 4021 Assult weapons ban

Anyone seen this yet? HB 4021 https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/leg...192+sum+HB4021 Looks like they are trying to sneak this in.

WTH happened to Virginia?? And how did it happen so fast?

We have an important election Tuesday Nov. 5th. Probably the most important election in VAís history. Every congressional state seat is up for election. If we, Rís, lose the majority we are in the same shape as CA, MD, NJ, etc. I know Iím preaching to the choir here but all VA residents need to get out and vote, hopefully, straight Republican. fred55

Bans any magazine over 10 rounds if I read it correctly.

Yes. I agree with fred55. This is the most important election in VA's history. In addition to the magazine ban, they are pushing for an "Assault Weapons" ban & a suppressor ban with no grandfathering.

I have told every single gun owner I know about this and 90% of them had no idea this was on the table. What is it with gun owners not paying attention to politics??? It pisses me off to think about how many are clueless and will probably stay home this November 5th.

This is being voted on November 5th? I will pass the word along to some of my VA co workers and friends.

This bill is not being voted on. It was part of the special session nugget the Gov tried to slip through. The Republicans were able to stop it in its tracks. If the Dems take control of the senate and house that puppy will be rammed through. Next year we need to vote Northam out. fred55

As long as Government keeps expanding MD, DC and VA will keep turning a deeper blue. NOVA is going to run Richmond if not this election cycle then certainly the next.

What about the constitution? Isn't that a trump card?
