Instead of digital caliper, a micrometer would be more accurate. Try to shoot for .0005-.001" like OP said.

Knurling is one option if your journal is too small

Are you building 5.45 or 5.56?

If you do it yourself, make sure to mask or tape off the receiver so you dont marr or scratch it when using a punch for the roll pins.

I've only used frankford arsenal hand primer and I like the sturdy construction. It is possible to feed 2 primers bit if you go slow you can feel it
