      What a shame. Not to change the subject but how is a .223/5.56 "high caliber"? If anything it's a small caliber rifle round that is weak compared to most other rifle rounds. Am I missing something?

      That's basically buying a ar 15 lower "cash and carry" but they still don't allow that.
