Hey this issue was actually addressed during the ATF Webinar yesterday. While ATF does respond, the report back is usually along the lines of "We haven't heard back from FBI NICS yet for this applicant so go bother them."

No idea if there's a specific agenda or not; it's actually been a few years since I've been free to attend one of these. Usually there are a few of our state-level elected officials and we may get a heads-up on any pro-RKBA bills that will be introduced in the 2024 legislative session.
