Maybe rescind the buy-in option???
I don't know, but the average ding dong isn't gonna put in the work to get to 50 posts on a gun forum if they're anti. And if they do, I trust the members here to sniff them out within that 50.
If a gun you already possess that was sold to you by an FFL, is later to be found "not on the roster", that's on MSP and perhaps the FFL. Not the buyer. They're the gatekeepers of legality in the sale, not you.

While certainly not the equal of the 223 or 300, a 33 rd mag of these in a pcc would be awfully comforting. Plus, low recoil and cheap practice.
Purely from a caliber standpoint, I love 45acp revolvers. Weird, I know. And I do love martial guns.
The 357 will give you a lot more options. Early N frame 357s are beautiful IMO.
You should by one of all of them. Problem solved.
As indicated, it is a mix of parts. Totally normal for armored to mix parts to get guns back out.
In my eyes, this is a beautiful gun and would be proud to have one like this in my collection. You'll inherit an amazing treasured piece of history. Be sure to get as much of this gun's story from...
PS-- SG, thank you for starting a suggestion/comment thread in this subforum!
It's like this subforum has turned into a WC for those who don't have WC access.
Rhetorical questions, do these clowns ever do anything regarding alcohol or tobacco? Any regs or restrictions or redefinition of any of those things? Hassling, suing,, or jailing of the manufacturers, retailers, or consumers?
Or should we just rename them BF? Seems like they get all their...
I think the Gold Dots would be pretty good as well. Their jacket is chemically bonded to the lead core.
Barnes XPB, Lehigh Defense Extreme Penetrator/Defender would be great too.
Remember bullet mfgs design their bullets for specific velocity windows. 300 Win Mag bullets are designed for that expected velocity. 9mm Luger bullets likewise. Jacket bonding/locking/design are very different caliber to caliber.
I've heard from several on another forum that these guns are amazing. Timing, fit, finish, trigger, etc. All have been spot on. I'm on the lookout for one myself.
Supposedly have the S&W-style lockwork of the older Taurus and Rossi, not the current Taurus design.
Can't wait to hear your...
Good. I like a reprieve from all the AR, AK, Glock, etc. overload as much as anyone, but there is no reason for this show to exclude WW1 vintage 1911s, first gen SAAs, etc. either.
Ruger made this model as both a single cylinder 45 Colt and as a single cylinder 45 ACP. Blued and stainless options for both.
Every ACP I've seen has been marked as such. Every 45 Colt was marked 45 Caliber. None of these shorties were dual cylindered.
Maybe a frame designated for the 45 Colt...
