      Stupid quest @ buying online, ship to PA, bring back to MD

      Is it legal to buy an AK online, have it shipped to an FFL dealer in PA, pick it up there, and bring it back to Maryland? I've tried looking for the relevant laws online... The reason I ask is because so many of the AK's sold online come with 30-rnd mag & some will not alter the shipment...
