      I was in there the same day, ammo came in 5 minutes prior, I asked for a certain unnamed caliber, he looks back into the glass cabinet, says "nope", I go around the aisle and come back and they are selling that caliber to his buddy.       I need some clarification here if someone could help. In order to purchase a handgun after Oct 1, a MD resident will need a HQL. To get a HQL, you need to take the class and fire one shot at the range with a handgun that you do not own yet because you cannot purchase it without the HQL?
