If the charges are expunged, I can legally answer NO to the "have you EVER been arrested/charged/convicted" questions?
Or do I still answer YES and they just won't find anything? or will they see the expunged?
I understand that this is still speculation and I do intend to get a lawyer.
Before the stay was lifted, I considered applying for FL CCW. There is a training requirement for FL CCW.
Let's assume the appeal fails. Does that mean that MD CCW will have no training requirement?
Do you think MD CCW should have a training requirement such as Florida and Utah?
Only 1 DUI and the CDS was possession. I looked myself up here: http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-index.jsp and found that the CDS charge is actually 18 years ago and the DUI is not even listed.
I understand that this is mere speculation, but I appreciate all of the input...

I don't believe it was a felony. I didn't go to trial or jail. I had my license revoked, got a restricted license, and interlock thing on my car.
I'm not even sure it was a misdemeanor; i went home the same night.

I had no problems purchasing two handguns this year.
I would like to thank MSI and MSP for all their hard work. This is great news that I thought I would never see in my lifetime.
I have passed multiple background checks to purchase handguns and a shotgun.
I got a DUI last year, but I completed the interlock program successfully and haven't...
