Swiss Rifles at SOG
I have purchased several guns from them. Last one was a Yugo mauser. Nice gun with a barrel that was so shiny i would swear it was chromed. On the flip side, I ordered a Spanish mauser last SEPTEMBER and have not received it yet. They tell me its still on order (right...) and they are waiting...- waterdog

Got some of that Iranian stuff, and yes - alot of hangfires. It will scare the heebeezeebies out of you. A few FTFs as well. When it does go off, it seems pretty accurate. One good thing, it will cure you fron a finching habit if you have one. Have some if you are close to Southern Maryland...- waterdog

I got one from Samco as well and it looked pretty good to me. Th numbers didnt match but is a great shooter. In fact, I dont think the the fifle was ever shot before. Great shiny bore almost looks chromed it so shiny. The only bitch is the handguard doesnt match the stock but hey, its milsurp...- waterdog

SKS, Slamfire Fix
Clean it and when you think its clean - clean it some more. The firing pin should free float. If you hold the stock up, you should be able to easly push the pin in and it will return. At least mine does. -

Sig Mosquito Feed Ramp
Mine came with 2 springs. The stiffer one came installed and shot it as it was. Had nothing but issues with everything except mini-mags. Hence the mini-mag myth with sigs. Changed the spring out to the lighter ones and immediately was able to shoot most anything after that. Your gun should have...
