      Am I hearing this right? LGOC?

      So, I need a G&S cause to open or concealed carry a handgun, but I'm allowed to open carry a long gun? Does this mean I won't be hampered/arrested for walking around my neighborhood with my Saiga 12 shotgun strapped in a patrol carry? Seems a bit counter intuitive, I think most people here...
