      You can find a new decent combo set up for around 400 dollars and must gun shops. Depending on what you are looking for its a good way to go. Don't go hunting with your rifled barrel unless you are shooting the slugs. Pellets out of that would be bad for you and the barrel (accuracy and...

      There is a presentation on the bill to ban Assault Weapons on C-SPAN. Its on for about the next hour, its why they want to pass the bill. At least will have info on whey they think we should ban them... I'm sure it will be filled with many "interesting facts". Sarcasm intended. :sad20:

      Public land in areas like Cambridge and dorchester county will probably have what you are looking for... I'll ask some buddies and see if I can get more specific... the hardest part will be finding places that offer bird hunting and not just deer hunting... Try doing a search of public land...

      I cannot imagine them doing a blanket ban, it has to be for regulated firearms... There are way to many youngsters in the Military, a lot of those boys and girls start shooting before signing up... Otherwise there would be no marksmen in the boot-camp classes...

      Alexander's was the place that I referenced, they are looking for 250 a year, which isn't bad if you shoot a lot, but I just don't have that much time or ammo for it! I will definitely look into the the Elk range!
