      O'Malley Press conference 1/18/13 @ 0930 - gun control

      My biggest concern (out of innumerable concerns) is that O'Malley will try to enact or encourage immediate change a la NY. Most of the legislative proposals seem to indicate that they would take effect 10/13, as a normal bill. If they have the votes already, he may argue for laws taking effect...
