      Has anyone else received a notification that someone tried to access their MDS account and the IP was subsequently blocked for 15 minutes? The IP in question is 188.143.235.118, based in Russia, and it looks like other sites/forums have similar problems. Curious as to what these folks...

      I figure it's the previous regulated purchase that is holding up my DC app too. I'm at day 62 for that, and about week 7 on my DC app. Not even going to bother contacting Trooper Thompson until I get word on my reg purchase.

I wonder if that could be a difference, since we seem to hear that some people's applications are on hold, some are approved, and we seem to get varying answers from the MSP...
