I emailed and received a response that application can't be found.
Begin again on 9/4, too late to help for pre 10/1 purchases.
I wonder who this person is who signed for the letter...
Congrats. I had my PPQ at the range for the first time last week. Nice trigger, flawless function. A great modern firearm. I also picked up an extra 15 round mag from Midway.
I'm a natural lefty and shot left handed for years. I converted to right handed shooting for the wide availability of right handed rifles and the frustration of always having to adapt to this right hand centric world. It takes a lot of practice to convert but it can be done. It was easier since...

Have prior regulated purchase more than 20 years ago, still have the pink copy of 77r.
I'm happy to update this thread with news that I now have a PPQ M2 in purgatory with hopefully just a 14 day wait. Got to check it out closely. Very nice. :)
I had signed up for email notification when it was back in stock. Picked up another case. $22 shipping is not bad for a 40+ pound package. Golden Tiger works well for me.
I was successful in field stripping, cleaning and reassembling my MarkII following the video instructions on Ruger's website. Reassembly is the trickiest part but can be done by copying exactly how it's done in the video.

That sums it up nicely. These are the correct steps to my understanding. Also, as you know, the handgun itself has to be approved for sale in Maryland by being on the MSP Handgun Roster. It's another layer of government intervention... for our safety of course.
I would definitely try to bench rest it first to get the shooter out of the equation as much as possible. Then work on the sight picture making sure you're properly sighted. Evaluate results. Tight grouping, great, gun is precise. Not hitting point of aim, not so great, accuracy is off so either...
I guess I should be happy with the crumbs that fall from their table these days. I should be, and actually I am. :) Nice to see the M2 on the roster finally.
I went to a Hamfest last year at the HC Fairgrounds, it was small compared to similar events in years past. There was also a Home show at the same time so I also went to that. This time I'll most likely go for the gun show and take some time to browse the hamfest.
