      Yes they will take a nip! Makes you wonder how it got through thousands of rounds of testing and they didn't remedy that.

      The number is 7158. I will try the smoke trick and see what it says. Is that a good indicator of headspace or should I get that checked as well? I like that they left the original proof stamps on it.

      Thanks for the great info. The only number on the bolt is on the bottom of the bolt handle and is in Arabic, 7158.
