I purchased a GSG-522 for my son in November of 2013 in The Peoples Democratic Republic of Maryland, no issues. It has been a fun gun with over 500 rounds through it without any problems. Why is yours a POS?
Hard to find. Might be easier to buy brass and reload.

Saw Deb and her supporters at the corner of 5 and 246 this morning. One of the girls holding a sign was wearing a pink "guns save lives" shirt. Gave them a  She has my vote!

Nice little "jab" by the CEO of Aries Armor. The shop in California that got raided for selling polymer lowers. Not sure if he's helping or hurting the cause, but IMHO he makes a few good points. At least he is someone who is speaking out...
Forgive me for asking the stupid question, but where can you buy firearms from Numrich? Am I looking at the wrong site?

I have had no issues with my Harbor Frieght vise. Built 2 AR's (upper and lower), beat the anvil area with a hammer, bent metal. Still works like brand new. My only advice is to clean and lube it after you take it out of the box. They come with a film on them that make it hard to operate at...
I hear you loud and clear. The 716 rifle can be had with a 16" barrel, IMHO the rifle would be easier for my wife to handle based on the difference between shouldering, and holding with outstreched arms or hip firing a 7.62x51/308. I can see the appeal of the P716 if you want to SBR it later...
Simple answer is no. Maybe someone else can prove me wrong but I did not see the SIG P716 on the handgun roster. Feel free to check.

Other than it not...
The price is right. It's a public range so don't expect much. Get there early and hope none of the asshats show up. My son and I go there at least once a month and haven't had an issue yet over about a dozen trips. Well worth $20.
I guess it's either a heavy powder or not that efficient. It's WC820 powder, and 10gr is a recommended starting load for 110gr bullets. I have found load data that says you can go all the way up past 14gr with that powder in 7.62x25 tokarev. Seems like that might be a little much for my 60+ year...
I loaded a few of the ones you sent :) I was hesitant to step up to the next size bit myself but I took a "scrap" case (cut too short) sized and drilled out with a 5/16 bit (.312) after drilling the case neck thickness is the same as my once fired factory brass (.011) after that test case I...
Awesome! Glad to hear things are going well. I am still working on my 223 conversions. Funny that you recommended 10gr of 820 with the 110gr plated bullets, I just loaded those with the same amount of powder. I think I figured out the 223 conversion chambering issue. Turns out I needed to thin...
For reference here is what I have been doing to resize .223 cases to 7.62x25
First mark your .223 donor case to slightly over 1 inch. 1.022 is what I use, why you may ask? I drilled a hole in a 2x4 that just happened to come out to 1.022 and it has been working so far. Just insert your donor...
I have a Romanian TT-33. Maybe it's the dies. Mine have been chambering for far. Not sure, must be frustrating I'm sure. I finally took some pics. Give me a few and I'll post the steps I have taken with pictures
