      I've searched the internet and the forum but haven't found an answer. Now that certain long guns are banned in the state of MD, can a ffl transfer a banned rifle that is in inventory to his personal collection?

      State police won't do it an I've called four different surrounding counties on the shore with no luck. Anyone know where I can get these done? Thinking out of the box here, but can live scan be done by LEO and be printed onto the card??
