      Winning in Court? How much of SB281 can one expect to get thrown out?

      I'm not familiar with many of the legal terms, so I'm I need to read up on the severability issue. Anyway, we need more than just a republican president. We need republican leadership on a state level, or our basic rights and our constitution will continue to be stripped away.

      I don't see how any of these limitations are legal. 2A clearly states "shall not be infringed". Everything about sb 281 is obviously an infringement. How do lawmakers not understand that?

      FFL for Internet Sales?

      A and D gun and pawn in glen burnie. I'm ordering an ak 74 and ar 15 lower next week, and using them for FFL. The guys are knowledgable and real friendly. I trust them wih my transfers
