      At 10.5 inches you should be fine without having your muzzle device pinned/welded. I built an SBR with a 10.5 inch barrel with a Magpul stock and was at about 29.25 inches overall.

      It is the length of the rifle from the end of the barrel, not including muzzle device, to the end of the fully extended stock.

      The Yankee Hill suppressors use a spring loaded QD mount that doesn't use tools. It applies pressure to the rear of the suppressor to keep it in place.

      Form 4 Trust, completed paperwork June 7, check cashed June 15. I got the call yesterday from Engage Armament that I can pick up my AAC SDN-6. I have to wait until Wednesday morning to pick up. It almost seems worthy of a sick day just to go get it.

      What makes an AR barrel an HBAR

      I am a little confused on what makes a barrel HBAR. Is there a certain profile or diameter that has to be met? Is it possible to have too heavy of a barrel? When I build an upper do I decide if the barrel is a HBAR or not?

      My check for my Form 4 Suppressor on a trust cleared yesterday. Now the waiting game begins. My Form 1 E-File with my trust from 4/24 is still in the hopper. I can't wait to have all my toys.

      I guess the guys at the ATF didn't take the three day weekend. The Form 1 I submitted on 3/18 was approved 5/24. I bought and did the paperwork for an AAC can today at Engage. They are nice people to deal with. I hope it's not a very long wait but will be patient.

      I haven't done one yet. However I feel better about doing my first with a frame and slide that was relatively speaking, inexpensive. I really want to bobtail a frame. I have put a bunch of goodies in my Ruger 1911. I think it turned out ok.

      What's your favorite IWB holster?

      I use a Galco Royal Guard with my Beretta 92 and have the Summer Comfort for my Glock 33 and 21. Both models are comfortable even in the car.
