      the 411 on Flutted barrels

      I am not asking about non- HBAR barrels as I fully understand about the differences there..So my question is this, are flutted barrels considered non compliant if made from an HBAR? since the peaks of the flute would be the right spec for HBAR but would they look at the valley measurment?
