      .22 Sbr

Hello, mdshooters! I have an Sbr that was filed as a .223. I am going to start using my .22 upper. I know there are no restrictions on oal, but can I use a vertical grip? Can I legally modify or make my own stock for my Sbr or a standard rifle? If I use the .22 upper, I want to use a picatinny...

      Register ar pistol?

So I was at my local gun shop today to pick up my completely stripped lower reciever today for a build. Vertical foregrip

Anyone else in MD running a vertical foregrip on a 26" long "firearm", not pistol or rifle. I have been really thinking of putting a short bcm vertical grip on my firearm. Would like some opinions, I know this has probably been talked about enough.

      Is spr a heavy barrel?

Looking for a new barrel for a build and noticed ballistic advantage sells what they call an spr barrel. Just looking at the profile it looks like a heavy barrel. Would this be okay in Maryland or would it have to be marked hbar?

      Sbr build

If I would go through the process of getting a tax stamp to build an sbr, would the barrel still have to be a heavy barrel? I was thinking of a 12.5" build, but that could be kind of heavy.

      80% build question

I have built several several rifles with a 16" barrel, but want to build something different. Can I build a rifle with a 10.5" barrel with a collapsible stock legaly as long as the total length is 29" from extended stock to muzzle. Sorry if this has been beaten to death, just trying to obey the law!

      spikes ak dynacomp

I recently purchased a zastava m92 and like everyone else, I would like to make an sbr out of it. I know that it will need to be at least 29". Can I use the spikes dynacomp brake and a folding stock? Will the spikes brake need to be welded permanently?
