      Dedicated upper for CMMG 22lr conversion question

      I have a CMMG 22lr conversion kit. Can I purchase any AR upper (BCG not included) and install the conversion kit or does the barrel have to be HBAR? I saw a couple of low cost uppers online and my intent is basically just for a dedicated 22lr range use. Thanks in advance.
