The legality of loaning a gun?

Thank you everyone for your replies so far. Cuz I got it via my C&R and I don't want to be perceived as trying to be a "dealer" or doing anything other then "collecting" I trust him :) He works a good paying job, his income is just tied up in other places.

The legality of loaning a gun?

What is the legality of lending a gun and some ammo to a friend for HD in the state of MD? Is that legal even unregulated, let alone regulated? If he shot an attacker with it, would either of us be in trouble for the gun being on loan? Beyond that, could he take it to the range? Friend...

      Ishapore Enfield 2A

Anyone know where to buy a 12 round mag for one of these for a price that isn't insane? Also, the bayonet or sling :)

Nah, the Geiger counter came from a friend of mine who moved to Israel. You are correct, it is exactly that. Out of the 750 rounds I ordered and sorted, five had cracked necks or cases. I've fired about 50 of them so far and have no complaints :) Ah, good old 1948 ammo. But MAN are...

      Pursuit of MD CCW

You're allowed to CCW when you regularly carry large amounts of cash, because you have something valuable that can be taken from you. When my wife goes jogging, she's not allowed to CCW because she doesn't have anything valuable that can be taken from her, right? :sad20: She's already had an...

      2 weeks?

Haha, I KNEW someone would ask about that :) . . . common, everyone knows that everything from Russia is radioactive ;) My Nagants glow in the dark, so I don't need a flashlight attachment. Sure, bring it over, that's what the thing is for :) Or I could just bring it to some MDS meet.

I was wondering the same thing. Some people say "I do it all the time" Others say "My buddy blew up his gun" Really frustrating.

Affliction? No kidding, normally people's wives are the check that keep them from buying way too much stuff . . . but my wife has been nothing but supportive and interested . . . uh oh :P I wonder if I'll have enough money left to keep a roof over my head ;)

      2 weeks?

I heard lots of waiting (as in, months) was involved. I think they streamlined their system though; I filled out the online form and got my C&R application THE NEXT DAY. I filled that out and returned it and got my C&R only two weeks later. I'm pretty happy about that. Anyone else...
