Budgunshop would not ship the HK45CT to my FFL because they claim it is not on the Maryland Handgun Roster. Mind you, that the HK45 and HK45C is listed, and if you physically look at a HK45CT, it physically says HK 45C.
Pat, the Customer Service Representative from budsgunshop wouldn't even...
Well, The HK45C is listed on the handgun roster, so no, I don't think you should take it down.
And I do not believe the CT version comes with magazines with over 10 rounds, and even if it did, I'm active duty military AND the dealer specifically mentioned the handgun roster.
I called my...
Hello,
I recently purchased an HK45CT. The dealer called me today and said they would not ship the firearm because it is not on the Maryland Handgun Roster. When I look up the Firearm, I see the HK45 and the HK45C. Its possible, they looked at the second listing of HK (which doesn't list...
I have an AAC MPW 300 BO SBR and a Remington 700 .308.
My AAC SDN-762-6 suppressor quickly attaches to both the Remington 700 and the MPW. I love them both (or I guess all three).
Since your question is which one first (as it relates to the suppressor), I can say that having experience in...
Been meaning to post my new 300 blackout (AAC 9" MPW) with the 762-SDN-6. While not the best background, I managed to not include a few toes in the pic.
Conversion, H-S Precision. Luckily the stock I got with the rifle was ready to accept this magazine assembly, so no milling was needed.
Yes sir, thank you very much. I bought this in December... now I just need my SBR, im expecting this time next month.
Finally got my AAC 762-SDN-6 Suppressor. While the Remington 700 is not the intended host (the SBR is still navigating its way through ATF), I added an AAC brake to the end of it so that it could use the suppressor if I wanted to... because why not.
Thanks to John at Duffy's,
This rifle...
Maybe I am the one confused.
The Form 4 is a federal form so that you can legally possess the NFA item. If my Form 4 was not approved and I left the state, I would simply wait until that Form 4 was approved and then ask that FFL to transfer (maybe the wrong word, transport?) the item from...
I'm military and have two form 4s pending.
Understanding that the Form 4 takes about 3-6 months, I do not expect to be put on orders and moved within that time frame.
My worst case scenario, if it did happen, would be to have the FFL (who is holding the suppressor and SBR while form 4 is...
I've never been arrested, especially for 1st and 2nd degree assault... as secure as I am about my man hood, the incident would probably be a very emotional experience for me... and I too would have red eyes after sobbing because my freedoms would be quickly taken away from me. And if they are...
First off, it's a firearm. The child decided to use the firearm as a weapon. Many things can be used as weapons.
If a minor used a kitchen knife and purposely or accidently hurt another person, and that knife was left unsecured, should the parent go to jail?
I think (I don't know really)...
I would be lying if I said "I'm not super interested".
I only checked the MD register at 0615 this morning (wasn't posted) and again at 0800 (when it was posted) to see that they did in fact skip this register.
This is frustrating as the MD register just came out (03APR2015): http://www.dsd.state.md.us/MDRegister/4207/Assembled.htm
And no Handgun Board results were listed. The last Handgun roster board was held on 27 March 2015. So I have to wait another 2 weeks before the 30 days starts? This is...
ATF cashed my check on 01April2015 for my 762-SDN-6 Suppressor.
When it finally got to the local FFL, I was surprised it had come with a flash hider. I used the previous AAC rebate to pick up a muzzle brake. I'm not sure if all AAC suppressors come with flash hiders, but if they did and if...
This looks great. Have you considered expanding on "Third Step - Paperwork"?
Information on how to file out the paperwork correctly would greatly help... as it is probably a common reason for extended wait times.
I'm also Active duty military assigned to MD with a home of record FL. Your trust should ensure that it is good to go for Maryland and Florida. A lawyer will be able to do this and online trusts claim they are good for all 50 states.
I don't know what the FFL will require for a suppressor...
To answer your question: I do not own a liberty mystic x suppressor.
Personally, the sight picture with the projected can would be unacceptable to me. I would just get a 22LR can which .375" smaller in diameter and half the price. That would be a great introductory can (or make one).
I missed the boat on this, but what is the advantage of having a bank account on your NFA trust? I was offered the option but elected not to open an account when I created my NFA trust. Is this a requirement?
