      best i can see is that the 29" rule only applies to centerfire rifles and the gen12 is a "firearm"/shotgun

      Been eyeing those semi auto Genesis gen-12 shotguns that come as "firearms" without a stock and 10" barrel. They are roughly 26" OAL with the buffer tube Are they required to be over 29" in oal?

      Is this rifle MD legal? Im moving into the state soon and wanted to sort out what full length would be best to bring in. What are the best options out there that are state legal? I see PWS MK116 is on "not banned" list

      Have one that I threw a folding AGP stock on and SBR'd. My favorite plinking gun and seems to be the favorite of my range guests. Also helps that it can break down and fit inside a small backpack. Shooting suppressed adds to the fun Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

      already have the USA piston and would be getting rid of the bayonet if i were to do it. Have some USA produced trigger components as well ready for order Still sitting in the factory stock

      The issue isnt so much the stock. Im fine with the original wood. But since this is for my store (DC does not allow pistols in stores), i wanted to create something a little more compact. The fact they can just interpret the laws/rules however they want is the core issue.

      Well they turned me away from registering a SKS in DC. I have a tapco stock on it and they only allow SKS with the full wood stock. I tried to argue it does not meet the criteria for denial because it does not have a detachable magazine. Anyone care to chime in here/am i missing something...

      Based on some calculations seems like a M92 with a retro VZ58/2008 folding stock will just hit 29" stock is 9 5/16" unfolded. M92 shows a stat of 19.75" Puts it right at 29.06"
