      Hornady bullet feeder

      Just got my new bullet feeder die and tubes installed. Really works great even with lead bullets! I can now reload about 100 38 spl. in about half the time when putting in the bullets by hand.

      Just had my annual phisical which included a lead level test I requested. I not only reload lead ammunition put cast my own bullets. When melting and castings lead, I take precautions to make certain that I'm minimizing exposure. Avoiding vapors, no food or drink in tha area etc. Same thing for...

      Brass shotgun shell priming

      I have a box of new 12 ga. Brass shells made by Giulio Fiocchi Lecco in Italy. They need the #57 primer which is about .025 smaller than the current 209. Would it be possible to open the primer pocket to fit the 209. Don't want to ruin the brass it not feasible. Any suggestions?

      It wasn't that long ago I could buy a 550 pack of .22's for under $25 at Walmart. Haven't seen any for over a year. Every time I stop in and ask, I'm told they had some but all sold.
