I was raised around firearms and taught the proper handling from a very young age. At the age of about 12, my dad required us to carry because of a pack of wild dogs that were killing cattle. I worked at an adjoining neighbors chicken farm and had to walk about a mile though the woods at night...
I tell ya folks, I don't want it to appear that I'm rubbing anything in, but since moving to PA, I feel like a huge weight has been lift from my shoulders concerning firearms. Even the change from the Hagerstown *cough* neighborhood I lived in has meant an improved quality of life.
I live in...
I left my message. I doubt if Martin will even take the time to read them though.

I'm also giving you all a thumbs up and will continue doing so.
"Thank you very much for making this possible." I received mine in the mail last week. They're fantastic!
I read that the postage paid was your gift to us and I greatly appreciate the kindness. It will come back to you 10 fold at least. That's a fact!
Thanks again for everything.
Yes, Tim and the other fellow ( I fail to remember his name) are great folks to do business with. I did jump the gun ( no pun intended ) with a post I made on this board several months back, so I owe Tim an apology and this post. "I sincerely apologize Tim."
I'd purchased a SW 642 right...
I want to chime in and side with those that have been labeled negatively by others in this thread.
Everyone on the list, regardless of their shortcomings or character defects. They're all better then OBAMA!:D
I'll admit, I love shooting a handgun with a good kick. My S&W 642 with +P loads can be a handful after about 20 rounds. I knew it before I bought it, and I even bought a smaller then factory grip for it. I felt the kick the first time I shot it and the challenge put a grin on my face.
Sure...
This is encouraging news to say the least. I have this weekend off, so I'll be addressing this with another batch of letters. I've hit up the e-mail tool on many occasions. It's just to damn easy.
Come on folks. Please get involved if you haven't already. It really isn't hard at all to come...
You know, that's one of the things I miss most about living in Florida. My neighbor had an in ground lighted swimming pool. It was lit perfectly and I couldn't miss the bowl. ;)
I don't want to sound like an idiot, but has anyone considered mounting a tactical light on their piss wrist? I hate waking up late at night and turning on the bright bathroom lights to use the toilet.
I know, some of you are thinking, "what a dickhead," but I have an LED headlamp...
I've just returned from the GR range and I liked it. I stayed there about 3 hours and met two great fellows. My visit was a spur of the moment thing but I wanted to get my S&W 642 sighted in with the Crimson Trace laser.
This frikin lil snubby kicks like a mule. Part of my hand hurts but I...
After reading up a bit I decided to try lightening the trigger pull on my 642 this weekend. It was a tremendous success for very little effort. I won't go as far as to say, "you'd experience the same thing with your revolver," but it may be worth a try.
I removed the grips and face plate. I...
It's a bit late to be asking because I just purchased 50 rounds. But has anyone shot these? ( Federal Law Enforcement Tactical TruBall Rifled Slug)

I shot my Mossy 590, S&W 642 and Ruger MKIII this last weekend. I'm a terrible shot with the 642...
I own one. It's really simple to diss/reassemble. Here's some help.

He'd damn well better. That thing could kill somebody! :D
A few years back I let a pencil headed geek, friend ( there's just no better way to describe him) shoot my .357. He told me he'd never shot a gun but he owned a handgun. Of course I thought WTF? He said, "yeah I just keep it in the...
Walk in to the main show area. As soon as you go through the double doors, to the left, and the first table on that far left wall, is a man and woman selling mostly holsters. I asked them about the ankle holster and the lady had to go to their truck to get them. She returned with three different...
Hay folks, I've returned from the show. Huge crowd! Compared to the last show a few months back, there were probably four times as many people waiting in line for the opening at 9am. I stayed for one hour and upon exiting, the line to get in was still out in to the parking lot.
The ammo guy...
To tell you the truth, I'm not one to pay attention to prices on anything other then ammo. If I see the exact ammo I want I'd rather buy it on the spot then look around online and wait for it to be shipped. I'd shell out a few bucks for a nice leather holster and the ammo I want. I find it hard...
