      If you're looking for a plinker, I think many would agree that a 10/22 is a solid choice. Ammo is dirt cheap and they're great for honing your shooting skill. I know I love mine.

      Make it HBAR, observe federal laws (SBR vs pistol and such), no registration of the completed firearm but the lower will be transferred at an FFL, therefore a 4473 will be processed.

      If you buy a non-HBAR AR in 2017 and bring it here, you are committing a crime. People have said this numerous times in this very thread. A quick search on this website or your engine of choice will yield identical results. You need to read what we are saying clearly.

      Still have the 7 day wait with the HQL, no way to cash and carry handguns. There is also the 1 regulared purchase per 30 day limit. That's fixable though with a Designated Collectors license...
