      Definitely a big NO! read hb450 it includes usage restrictions basically unless you are at your house or a range it must be in a locked case.

      Mine was 1960** and very close to 196100 and 1 reported the day before was 1957** so that is like 300 a day so unless everything came to a dead stop on 10/1 with increased fees it should happen by the end of the month.

      So the locations in New Castle and Kent County are both in gun-free school zones not to mention the location restrictions in HB 450. No certificates just 2 felony's.

      Bill (DE SB2) would require training, permit to buy handguns

      On the upside, if passed with the training valture they are admitting that the 2a is a right that qualifies for government substudy. Much like housing, cable tv, internet, and cell phones, and healthcare it should qualify for ongoing substudys ( free or reduced guns and a monthly allotment of ammo)
