Is that in the paperwork they email you or do you mean from the "print application" thing? Because if that's the case, I've had a page 7 the entire time, but no approval notice.
@DaemonAssassin helped me, and she still shoots straight, but if you want a more class-based builder's course, then see all of the above.

From my experience with patients, there's no one that comes knocking on your door to take your firearm. It's moreso that you may get denied for the initial MMCC registration if they figure it out. If you lie about owning a firearm when asked for application or verification purposes, you can face...
As a registered provider that can certify patients, it is kind of crap. I always suggest to patients that they sign their firearm over to a spouse or family member they live with (son/daughter/etc) and then they can apply for the card without an issue. Some are willing, some aren't.
I had read that, but I wasn't sure if I needed to previously attend a meeting to be able to sign up before the walkthrough. I guess I read it wrong and thought I had to attend the annual meeting and then go for a walk through, rather than doing one or the other. I'll drop them a line though...

Alright, finally got the last part in and on, so here's the final parts list and picture. Much appreciation to Daemon, as he helped with everything from the build list to the build itself.
Lower: Spike's Tactical (nothing special, bought it in store)
Lower Receiver: Rock River complete
Trigger...
Just a quick update: Daemon has really been helping me out and I've ordered all the parts! Base rifle with no frills and basic irons was $808.17! I'll add a parts list and pictures once we put it together.
Well I welcome any help physically putting it together. It's the little fine tune adjustment I'm not going to know about that are gonna get me in the end probably.
