Before I realized the barrel may have been cut down we had pretty much agreed on a pice of $75. If it's cut down I'm not sure it's worth much and even finding a stock to fix it is going to be tough.
Thoughts on value of a Remington M91 mosin that has been sporterized. Hard to tell in the pics I was given but I hope the barrel hasn't been cut down. If it has I might not even be interested but I would like to add a Remington to my Mosin collection.
On the bright side, since it had taken so long and I got a good deal on the gun, I have made a decent amount of appreciation while waiting for the transfer

Also, she said the note I put with it wouldn't get it expedited. I told her that was what the supervisor told me to do. She said I would have needed to call and talk to someone once it went pending. That would have been nice to know since it went pending in august. Hopefully someone reads this...
Whew. Just got off the phone with the examiner. They are just adjusting the forms for overall length since it wasn't on older forms or something. She said it wasn't going to be denied for the length and it was just a records getting updated thing and then it would be approved. Thank god.
