      I see your point but this poor lady is going through enough. No point stacking charges on top of it. Was it negligent, definitely. Does putting her in jail really serve any purpose , no. Punishment on top of punshment.

I dont really see what difference it makes where the term " assault weapon " came from. Its how its used that is the issue...

      Exactly. There was always interest, just not many applications pre Bruen. There was no point for most of us to spend the time and money completing the process knowing we would be denied. Post Bruen has been a completely different story. Funny how the state hasn't admitted that they were wrong.

      You're right, they won't change their ways. That doesn't mean we should roll over and give in to them. People deciding it's not worth the trouble is exactly the reason they keep making it more difficult and restrictive. It's not about safety, it's about power and control. We can't let them win.

      Autumn Sky is about 1/2 mike from my home. Nice little store, good guys to deal with and knowledgeable as well. Bel Air Gun Range is about 5 miles the opposite direction. Also nice guys and good to deal with. Bel Air is often really busy though so you may have to wait a bit and their parking...

      I took my initial class with Tony back after Bruen. Great instructor, lots of info and a very reasonable price. Nice guy too. I definitely recommend him and I will go to him when its time for my renewal
