Had the same NOE taco mold that I use for 300blk subs.Easy to cast and make great bullets easy to powder coat using Eastwood powder (light blue) I settle on a 10.5 grains charge of IMR 4198 OAL 2.20 fits on my ar15 just fine.
Just finish reloading around 500pcs of 45acp.Close to 300pcs cast and powder coated in 200gr and 230gr the rest 230 fmj.That should be enough for some months for me in this caliber.

Powder and bullets are completely dry I just warm the bullets a bit that seems to help at least to me with the powder to better stick to the bullets.Without warming the bullets I was having many spots where the powder doesn't cover well or just too light of a coat.
I have the same problem on my first batch and this works for me.Clean the bullets with a solvent (acethone) is what I use but can be mineral spirits or maybe alcohol let them air dry and warm them up a bit.I use my oven at 140f for 3 to 4 minutes just warm is all they need.After that then drop...
