I mean. Worst case scenario, I break a like $30 upper and could prob get a way better blemished upper for a little more.

Upper doesn’t have a slot for barrel pin???

I’ll give it a try when I get home from work. You think I could use something like a hair dryer?

Upper doesn’t have a slot for barrel pin???

Won it in a raffle, plan on on switching out the upper with an aero precision on my .22. I trust it on a .22 far more than a 5.56

Upper doesn’t have a slot for barrel pin???

Trying to disassemble an ATI Hybrid upper and it seems the barrel literally can’t be removed from the upper? Yes, I have tried with all my might to see if it presses in and it won’t budge. Any help would be appreciated!

PDW Braces ok for an AR-15 pistol?

      Shouldn't need a sbr stamp. It's a brace, not a stock.

SB387 "Public Safety - Untraceable Firearms" - The Ban on Private Firearm Making

Has this been passed or denied yet? I’m not very good with legal jargon. Just want a solid answer.

Thanks for the info! I’ll check this out if I want to investigate any further.

      Legal in Maryland?

Even if it’s just the upper which isn’t an FFL required part? Also there are specific lower kits made for the VMAC9 Honestly I just want to try the 3D printing side. It looks pretty fun. I probably should just play it safe and stick to things like glock lowers…

      Legal in Maryland?

So it goes past an ffl. That’s I want to be concrete on the legality first before fedbois start breaking down my door for being misinformed

      Legal in Maryland?

Hmmmm, not sure. A lot of people are using the vmac9 upper with printed lowers. That’s pretty much the extent of my knowledge. So the legality question would extend to buying the upper and assembling it with a homemade part.

      Legal in Maryland?

Hey, I’m new here. I’m fairly familiar with most gun bans in Maryland, but I’m not sure on the specific one I’m trying to find out. The vmac9 from velocity firearms has been gaining popularity and I might be interested in getting one. Does the fall under being a mac-11/10 variant? I’m having...

      Vmac9?

I’ve used this forum to help with a lot of Maryland-type gun questions. I just couldn’t find someone already asking this question. I’ve been getting into guns for the past year and wanted to look more into the 3D printing scene and want to make sure I have the legal bases covered bowfore doing...

      Vmac9?

Oh, I’m sorry. I guess I should of worded this better. I guess it’s more of a “is this gonna get me in trouble” because it’s relatively new and want to know before I go and try to make anything. My name is Rory, I’m 22. I just wanted to get an answer by someone a bit more knowledgeable in...

      Vmac9?

So I understand there’s is a Maryland ban on the Mac 10/11. But say I come upon a printed lower that fits onto a VMAC9 upper. Would that still fall under that Mac ban or does that avoid that restriction?
