Trying to disassemble an ATI Hybrid upper and it seems the barrel literally can’t be removed from the upper? Yes, I have tried with all my might to see if it presses in and it won’t budge. Any help would be appreciated!

Hmmmm, not sure. A lot of people are using the vmac9 upper with printed lowers. That’s pretty much the extent of my knowledge. So the legality question would extend to buying the upper and assembling it with a homemade part.

So I understand there’s is a Maryland ban on the Mac 10/11. But say I come upon a printed lower that fits onto a VMAC9 upper. Would that still fall under that Mac ban or does that avoid that restriction?
