Any pistols with a magazine well outside of the grip was also made illegal this past session. So AR, AK, Tec -9, MP5 based pistols are banned. This new law also made the Mauser Broomhandle illegal to take into Delaware.
Line 150 involves rifles.
Line 152 involves bullet buttons (I have only heard of them ever being on a rifle). If anyone has seen a bullet button feature on a pistol please enlighten me.

Nope, it is you that is only reading one section of the law (the old MD section) that is no longer needed because of the newer Connecticut Law section. It refers to Semi Automatic Rifles particularly ones with detachable Magazines.
My HBAR is not permitted in Delaware despite what the old MD...
Had 6” back in the day, quickly it was converted with the all metal 8” conversion kit that included some silhouette targets.
It was a good addition to the old Crosman 38T.
The 8” 357 taught the much younger me to hit a 1” targets at 25 yards.
If you state you are engaged in interstate commerce you may have a defense.
But you have to hope the Delaware State Police, the prosecutors office, the Judge or Jury also buys it.
The DE, law uses the one item on the list of what makes an “assault Weapon.”
One of these items is the detachable magazine.
The last I checked a Remington 7400 and tha Winchester Model of 1907 have detachable magazines, thus they have earned the label of an “assault weapon.”
Thus legal for a DE...

Despite the cut and paste of the Md law, it in effect lists your HBAR and mine in the ban and can not travel to Delaware.

Well I guess somebody (MAC) thinks their HBAR doesn’t have a detachable magazine! That thing must be something special!
DE has decided that any semi automatic rifle with a detachable magazine is the same as any other black rifle.
What are you guys not getting?
Per Bridgville Rifle and Pistol Club: NO Semi Automatic Rifles that take a detachable magazine is to be sold in DE. DE detachable magazine fed rifles must stay in Delaware! If they leave they can not come back!

It already has! If the AR of any type or any other semi-automatic rifle has a detachable magazine. It is banned from future sales or being brought into DE for any reason.
I pay attention, and watched a woman take my lane while approaching a stop light in mid town. Ended up with a 370 pound machine on top of me after the front end locked up.
She ruined my summer, thankfully not the rest of my life in a chair. Still have neck pains from time to time.
