Statistics for CCW holders charged for any type violation or crime?

CCW holders is what I was referring to. The information regarding just HQL holders who are carrying and are charged with illegal carry is another data set, but worth seeing the numbers. Gangbangers info would be of interest to see how many registered guns confiscated were lost/stolen.

Statistics for CCW holders charged for any type violation or crime?

Thx Thx As it has been stated in the fight to keep our right to carry, the percent of those who have and do follow the laws while carrying is incredibly low. When explaining this to others, I like to bring up this kinda of data. It's like they cannot believe that the vast majority of CCW...

Statistics for CCW holders charged for any type violation or crime?

Since the new CCW law has been in place, was curious if any new data is available to show CCW holders being charged or cited for wrongful location carry, or commitment of a crime while carrying. Also, anything on changes in stats regarding legal guns stolen. Especially since some of the...

      IWB / OWB 12, 1, 3?

I, like many of the posters have different body shapes and require finding the best position and holster. I started with the Alien system so that I could "experiment" with different configurations. AIWB just does not work. I moved it to to 4 o'clock and found that to be a good spot IWB. My...

SB1 (2023) - Criminal Law - Wearing, Carrying, or Transporting Firearms - Restrictions (Gun Safety Act of 2023)

Question, The injunction states "Casinos", does that still include 7-11 with lottery machine?

SB1 (2023) - Criminal Law - Wearing, Carrying, or Transporting Firearms - Restrictions (Gun Safety Act of 2023)

Was listening to "The Fan" this am and caught a segment in which Ed Norris and Rob Long discuss the insanity of the new laws. It was good to hear their opposition and letting listener's understand how crazy the current legislators are in voting for SB1. He also implied that when they have a...

Hopefully this NJ decision will help MD cases.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/judge-blocks-part-nj-handgun-carry-law-handing-tentative-win-2a-advocates Essentially blasted NJ lawmakers and limited some of the idiocy of their new attempt to circumvent the Bruen ruling.

SB1 (2023) - Criminal Law - Wearing, Carrying, or Transporting Firearms - Restrictions (Gun Safety Act of 2023)

I realize that what just happened was inevitable. Maryland, mostly due to Counties like MOCO and it's representative's and constituents to follow a very non informed and liberal position. So when Bruen was ruled on, the Dems saw an opening to develop a set of laws that would undermine the...

SB1 (2023) - Criminal Law - Wearing, Carrying, or Transporting Firearms - Restrictions (Gun Safety Act of 2023)

My instructor has expressed to me many times how discriminatory these laws are. His opinion that there are minority citizens who have the greatest need due to their environment are being left behind. Little access to education and live fire training. Between availability as well as the...

SB1 (2023) - Criminal Law - Wearing, Carrying, or Transporting Firearms - Restrictions (Gun Safety Act of 2023)

I was doing the same thing, trying to analyze and get a grasp on what exactly I could expect. After pursuing some questions and reading this mess over again, I have decided that I will waste little to no time making assumptions. Will hang in there until we know what the final signed bill looks...
