      I read "wah, not fair. Hmmph". Not trying to be any more of a dick than I usually am but that reads both well-written in parts and victimy in others. I get it, if they are right it is terrible - and the US is overly litigious, but heartfelt and whining don't pair well. One or the other IMO.
