      Love fried catfish. We would always keep the 15”-24” slot size for eating. No skin, as stated fillet them down the back flip and run the knife between the meat and skin. We never had an issue with freezing as long as it wasn’t for too many days, like less than 2 weeks.

      With so much pressure around us most activity has shut down during daylight except the last 30 min, and even then it is only a couple deer emerging. Watched buzzards for 4 hours and took a look upon getting down, dead 100-110ish 8 point that wasn’t there last week.

      Looking for a good restaurant

      Wife really likes 7556 Main Street Bistro in Sykesville. Haven’t had anything that wasn’t pretty good yet. Some interesting hot dogs at the place next door.
