      Any upcoming 3m3g matches?

Anyone know of any 3m3g matches coming up within 2 hrs of the Baltimore area? I see York IWLA has some dates posted for 2016 but they don't indicate which are 3g or other types.

      Gray goo on reloads?

So a co-worker was cleaning out his closet and came across about 200rds of 45ACP he bought at a gun show years ago. He doesn't shoot much anymore and gave them to me. They were loose rounds in a Ziploc baggie and clearly reloads. My question is...what's this gray stuff on the lead...

      Darnit! Pinched a spring....

So...the other night I was putting my pistol lower together and didn't realize the takedown-pin spring wasn't contained by the sling plate. A bit of it managed to sneak out when I wasn't looking and I pinched it down real good when I tightened the castle nut. :mad54: It's pretty jacked up...

      WTB: Ruger GP100 Stainless 4" or 6"

Title says it. I've been looking around and can't find one anywhere. Missed one by a few days at The Gun Shop...I knew I should have grabbed it when I first saw it.

Someone had a bad day at the range

Found these while sorting my bag o' brass harvested from the range floor the other day. They're not mine as I was shooting .45 and .223 but, out of curiosity, what would cause that? It's Blazer brass. I have no idea if it was factory ammo or reloads.

      My testimony for tomorrow

I know it's last-minute but let me know what you think. -Mike My name is Michael Kelley and I reside in Parkville, MD. I oppose SB281 because it makes no attempt to address the real problem at hand which is enforcement of existing gun laws in Maryland and the unbalanced penalties for...

Perfect example of what's wrong with MD gun laws

As many of you may know, my home was burglarized back in December and my brand new Ruger SR1911 was stolen. The intruders were arrested the next day and have been in jail since. I recently received a letter from the State's Attorney's office asking if I would be available to testify against...

Parkville really IS taking a dive!

Carney Britmore Court, unit block. Between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dec. 4. A .45-caliber Ruger SR 1911, an IBM laptop, a 20-inch Vizio television, a 32-inch Westinghouse television, an iPod, an XBox and a Playstation were stolen from a home—a total loss value of approximately $2,548. Newest Addition to the Family - SR1911!

Picked it up from Freestate Wednesday. Question for you guys: Is it typical for a New gun to be a little on the filthy side? I've only ever bought two (Ruger P95 and EAA Witness) but both were pretty clean. This one was awfully dirty in my opinion. Almost as if it had already had some...

How is the Greenridge SF Range these days?

Hey all, A buddy and I are thinking about heading up on Saturday the 20th, spending the day at the range then caming for the night. Is it pretty busy up there on the weekends? Any tips or suggestions for what to bring as far as stands, targets, etc.? I noticed the site now says only...

Plano GunGuard Cases at WalMart again

As I was perusing the ammo aisle at my local WalMart today, I glanced up and saw 4 of the Plano GunGuard All Weather 36" cases on the top shelf. Priced at $39.96. This was the WalMart on Perry Hills Ct in Perry Hall. Now they only have 3 left. :D
