      10mm

Have you considered handloading? I don't mean reloading, but rather buying primed brass and adding your powder and bullet and seating. Minimal work to do this. SIG sells new primed cases, among others I just did the spreadsheet math on the all that. Assuming you're buying at $1 a round, I come...

Here We Go Again.....Midsouth Shooters Wants Signed Waivers For Maryland Ammo Buyers.

Yeah, so I’m actually going the opposite way on this. Midsouth is still selling you whatever you want right? Having you sign a meaningless declaration. Ok.

Does that form mean anything? What if I sign it, but then change my mind at a later date?

      Jumping to the lands

I used to never load bullets into the lands, and then I read and followed this process and it worked nicely. The biggest concern with “jamming” seems to be the situation where the bullet is left behind when extracting a loaded round. This is regarded as a bigger problem in a hunting versus a...

Dillon Precision has a Youtube channel. Content appears to be professionally done. Likely a good source. ETA: Yeah that video is good.

      9mm case explosion with Gen 3 G34

Is that true of the 9x19 Glocks? I know that the 40 chambers were revised some time around 2009 maybe. The dot in the hexagon on the barrel, indicating the revised chamber. I've never heard that the 9x19 chambers ever changed, nor that they ever had any issues with support.

Got a Deal on a Dillon RL550B Set Up...

I'd start with 223. Plenty of good metering powders. Pretty much any ball powder will meter well. Ramshot TAC is good a choice and seems to be available these days. Also works for 308. Small short stick powders also do well in the Dillon measures. The Ramshot/Western guide has a nice little...

      9mm case explosion with Gen 3 G34

Counter to what most people think, no recoil spring does not equal a kaboom. The delay due to the inertia of the slide assembly…

      9mm case explosion with Gen 3 G34

What I am saying is that if the gun is out of battery enough to cause a case failure, the primer strike will be off center.

The barrel and slide can only separate after the barrel has dropped.

      Double Load(checked that box)?

It's one argument for an auto indexing progressive.

      9mm case explosion with Gen 3 G34

If it were firing out of battery, the primer strike would be off center. That looks typically centered. Not out of battery. Honestly, it looks like a bad piece of brass.

      Double Load(checked that box)?

Titegroup was my guess. One way to help avoid this is to use something like Unique. Alliant has 6.3 gr as the max for a 115 gr 9x19 load, which is at least clean to the top of the case. No possibly way you could double charge with Alliant Unique unless you took a wooden dowel or similar and...

Anyone here have a small towable utility trailer, the kind they sell at the big box stores?

How would one define success or failure? For the record, I think it was and is a success. There’s plenty of retrospectives discussing this very topic. It’s considered a sales success including from the very start. Haters gonna hate I guess. Mazda has sold way more of them than they ever thought...

Anyone here have a small towable utility trailer, the kind they sell at the big box stores?

Not sure if inspection is required on a new trailer. Believe you’ll need to title in Maryland. That’s an extra cost. Maine does not require titling small trailers.

Anyone here have a small towable utility trailer, the kind they sell at the big box stores?

Buy it in Deleware. Get Maine tags. Home Depot and Lowe’s in Maryland wouldn’t let me take possession until I came back with a Maryland registration. I have this one. With a coupon it was under $500 like 4 years ago. It’s a little flimsy but perfect for garbage, lumber, etc. tried loading a...
