      I was talking to a guy at work about this and he said that he sent only his front copy to the CLEO of the c&R renewal... Do we need to copy the front and the back? OR just fill out a new form and leave the payment information blank?

      M&T doesn't have the no or low ( cant remember ) balance free accounts any more. You need $500 or 10 card uses a month. I don't use this account, as its setup for the trust only.
