      Have I manually separated the head (Lee carbide resize & decapping die)?

      Question about Remington 11-48 assembly

      Not sure if I installed part 59 (shell latch) correctly. I put it in before installing the barrel, but it does not seem to be doing much in the way of "latching". The latch looks like it should be on the near side of the tang on the barrel, but i'm not sure how to get it there while installing...
