Colt M4A1 socom transfer

I'm looking to have said rifle transferred to me in Maryland. I though the rifle was gtg but was told no by my lgs. Reading from colts website it says it's a heavy profile barrel.

Can I own it?

If yes...

Anyone recommend someone around AA county to handle the transfer?

For reference

If you were on the other side of Baltimorgue I’d recommend BBP.

I don’t believe you can buy it. Barrel is M4 profile.

I posted a letter from MSP stating it is legal a couple of years ago. I also believe it is listed on the MSP website as a legal rifle.

The description from the website says:
"The barrel is a true SOCOM 14.5 heavy barrel with the iconic M203 flats under the Knights Armament Rail System."
So who knows....

Missed it by that much....

I own a few. One from JLowe’s and one from high rock outfitters. Not sure about the others.
