My latest form four just came back yesterday.
Ordered the item 3/21, arrived 3/27, certified via SS 3/28, approved 4/2. 5 day wait.

That is correct. I was told the ATF has taken a First in First Out (FIFO) model on individual transfers. I have not heard any changes being made to the process for trusts. If you file on a coincidentally not busy day or you get lucky, you might get a same-day turnaround on an individual filing.
2 Form 4's approved today!!!! Both are individual Trusts. Nov. 30th & Dec. 1st, 2023. Approximately 127 days. Dead Air Mask and a Rugged Alaskan 360

I'm waiting on two. I have Form 4s (individual) submitted on March 15th and March 23rd. After only waiting 11 days earlier last month, this feels like a lifetime.
These turn times are making it really tempting To look into a 22 can and a 308. Hmm…

I guess two weeks after Form 3 approval to actually ship from silencershop to my ffl. I almost forgot I bought one lol. Might ship next week.
